2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

2.1. The Platform provides an online artificial intelligence service for recording and reflecting on dreams, real-life events and dilemmas ("Experiences"), and for creating and developing fictional stories.

2.2. By registering, expressly accepting these Terms of Use and using the Platform, the User enters into an agreement with the Provider.

2.3. If the User does not accept the Terms of Use, the User should not create an account or use the service.

2.4. The special rules for public content and for "Experience of the Month" form an integral part of the agreement when the User uses the respective feature.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

3.1. The Platform is intended only for persons who are at least 16 years old.

3.2. The User shall provide accurate registration data, safeguard access to the account and notify the Provider if unauthorised access is suspected.

3.3. A person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent quotas, trial entitlements, voting, moderation or other restrictions.

3.4. The User is responsible for actions taken through the account, except to the extent otherwise provided by applicable law.

4. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

4.1. The Platform is a tool for personal reflection and creative writing. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial or any other regulated professional service.

4.2. Generated content contains probabilistic AI output and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable or similar to output received by another user.

4.3. The Platform does not diagnose, predict the future, certify facts, establish the true motives of third parties or issue moral judgments.

4.4. The User independently assesses the meaning and applicability of the output and is responsible for decisions made outside the Platform.

5. PLANS, PRICES AND TRIAL

5.1. The Platform offers Free, Dreamer and Weaver plans. Current features, prices, taxes and quotas are displayed before a paid subscription is concluded.

5.2. The applicable price, taxes, payment period and included rights are shown to the User before a paid order is submitted. These Terms do not set a fixed price.

5.3. After the first successful reflection, a new User may receive a one-time 14-day Weaver trial with 15 additional reflections and 6 episodes.

5.4. The trial does not require a payment card, does not renew automatically and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

5.5. When the trial expires, the account returns to its base plan. Created content remains accessible.

6. PAYMENT, RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION

6.1. When the Platform offers a paid order, the payment processor and applicable terms are identified before payment. The Provider does not store full payment card details.

6.2. A paid subscription renews automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6.3. Automatic renewal is enabled only after a separate express choice by the User and may be stopped from the profile settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for.

6.4. Prices and material terms may be changed only with prior notice within the period and in the manner required by applicable law. A change does not affect a period already paid for.

6.5. The right of withdrawal, commencement of performance of the digital service, refunds and exceptions apply in accordance with mandatory consumer law and the confirmations given during the order process.

7. QUOTAS AND ACCESS

7.1. Free includes 5 successful reflections and 2 successfully generated episodes per quota period; Dreamer includes 15 and 6; Weaver includes 40 and 20.

7.2. Recording and storing private Experiences has no commercial limit.

7.3. A failed generation caused by the Platform or AI provider should not consume quota. Quotas do not carry over to the next period.

7.4. The Provider may apply reasonable technical rate limits and anti-abuse measures independently of the commercial quota.

7.5. Following a downgrade, cancellation or trial expiry, existing content remains accessible and new actions are limited according to the current plan.

8. CONTENT AND RIGHTS

8.1. The User retains the rights the User holds in submitted Experiences, answers, instructions, edits and other materials ("User Content").

8.2. The User grants the Provider a limited, non-exclusive and royalty-free right to process User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, protect and maintain the service.

8.3. The Provider does not claim authorship of generated output and, to the extent it holds transferable rights in that output, grants the User the right to use it personally or commercially to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.4. The Provider does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, absence of infringement of third-party rights, acceptance by a publisher or platform, or commercial success.

8.5. The User is responsible for reviewing and editing the final material and obtaining the necessary rights, consents, labels and legal review before using or publishing it outside the Platform.

9. PUBLICATION ON THE PLATFORM

9.1. Content is private by default. Only the specific text that the User has reviewed and expressly chosen to make public is published.

9.2. Upon publication, the User grants a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable licence for the technical storage, reproduction and display of the content on the Platform and through necessary technical subcontractors.

9.3. The licence under clause 9.2 does not permit the Provider to sell the work, license it for external exploitation, negotiate on its behalf or receive a share of revenue from it.

9.4. The User may unpublish the content, except where temporary retention is necessary for a report, dispute, legal obligation, security or backup within a permissible period.

9.5. Public content is also governed by the Public Content and Moderation Policy.

10. PROHIBITED USE

10.1. Illegal activity, infringement of third-party rights, publication of another person's personal data without a lawful basis, fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, malicious automation, circumvention of safeguards, prompt injection against the system and manipulation of competitions are prohibited.

10.2. The User may not present AI output as a verified fact, professional diagnosis or evidence of a third party's conduct or motive.

11. MODERATION AND COMPETITIONS

11.1. The Provider may take proportionate measures concerning public content and accounts in accordance with the published policy, applicable law and the Digital Services Act where applicable.

11.2. Participation in "Experience of the Month" is governed by separate official rules.

11.3. When the conditions for a reward are satisfied, the reward entitlement is activated automatically by the application code. A cash, physical or manually fulfilled reward will be governed by separate rules published before it is enabled.

11.4. A complaint or appeal against a moderation decision receives a response within 15 calendar days. Where a mandatory rule sets a shorter deadline, the shorter deadline applies.

12. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

12.1. The Provider exercises reasonable care regarding availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12.2. Features may be changed for objective technical, legal, security or product reasons without removing a core right already paid for in breach of law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.2. To the maximum extent permitted, the Provider is not liable for User decisions, external publication or exploitation, lost revenue, rejection by a third party or harm resulting from the use of unverified AI output.

13.3. The limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

14.1. The User may terminate the account through the stated procedure.

14.2. The Provider may temporarily restrict or terminate access in the event of a material or repeated breach, fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement, subject to proportionality, a statement of reasons and applicable appeal rights.

15. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS

15.1. Material amendments are communicated on a durable medium with reasonable advance notice where required, except where an urgent legal or security ground applies.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

16.1. Bulgarian law applies, without limiting mandatory rights available to a consumer under the law of the consumer's habitual residence.

16.2. The parties may first seek an amicable resolution through the form on the Contact page. The competent court and applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are determined in accordance with law.
