How it works

After 6 consecutive paid months you earn one free reward month of the plan you paid for in the qualifying month.

Every paid month counts toward your streak, regardless of which paid plan you are on.

Your reward month is free and does not itself count as a paid month. After it ends, the next paid month starts a fresh cycle.

Reward ordering

Rewards never overlap. Each reward month begins only after your current plan, any active trial and already-queued rewards have ended.

Grace period

If a payment lapses, your streak is held for 10 days. Resume a payment within the grace period and your streak continues unchanged. After the grace period the streak resets and you start again from zero.

Refunds and chargebacks

A refund or chargeback removes the affected paid month from your streak. A reward that is still queued is corrected before it begins. A reward that is already active is never interrupted mid-month.

You may earn reward months through loyalty and through monthly recognition. Each source is tracked separately and clearly labelled in your profile.
